In March 2022 I was approached by UESA, a non-political student organisation which is directed towards students who are enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Malta. 2022 marks their 40th anniversary as an organisation, and I was given the opportunity to recreate their logo and to give them a fresh brand identity.
After a thorough review of the logo, we decided to create a new icon, simply using the letter 'E'. I took inspiration from graphs and waves, as well as trying to keep the logo as minimal-looking as possible. I then designed a variety of different 'E' symbols, to see which would work best for their organisation.
